At the outset of any new client relationship an initial meeting (free of charge) will establish the needs of the business or individual and the services I can offer. I will always prepare an estimate for the proposed services, and if this is acceptable, then work will soon be in hand.

I will issue an engagement letter, so that the scope of the work to be undertaken and the basis on which fees will be charged is clear.

Once appointed as your agent with HMRC (a straightforward process) I can undertake correspondence and deal with queries on your behalf. This can be particularly useful if you have outstanding returns or issues to resolve with HMRC.
