Whether you have been running your own company for a number of years, or if you are just thinking about setting up a new company, I offer all the services you need to help you navigate and meet all statutory and tax requirements.

New companies

I can advise on whether a company is the most appropriate structure for your new business, or explain the pros and cons of moving your existing self employment or partnership into a company structure.

If you do decide to create a new company I can manage the whole process for you, from establishing the company at Companies House, to completing all the tax registrations required by HMRC.

Established companies

I undertake regular monthly or quarterly work (payrolls, VAT returns, management accounts) as well as the annual preparation of accounts and Corporation tax returns. I have experience in preparing cashflows and the financial element of business plans, and can provide a separate fee estimate for any such ad hoc assignments.
