An affordable service...with transparency

Having met and understood a potential client's requirements I will issue an written estimate for the cost of the work proposed.

If this is acceptable and a new client relationship is established, I will issue an engagement letter that sets out the scope of work to be undertaken, respective responsibilities of the client(s) and myself and my terms of business. My terms of business detail the basis on which fees will be charged, including the current hourly rate for the services being offered, and details of when these rates are reviewed.

When undertaking work I keep a detailed record of time spent, and where fees are charged on an hourly basis a copy of this record is available on request.

I am not currently VAT registered and therefore am able to keep my rates at a competitive level for individuals and non VAT registered businesses.
